Monetization Project Lead (Digital AdTech), Yahoo!

I led the account management team to deliver multiple project objectives for growing the revenue for Yahoo's advertising products and platforms (software). Also, Trained and Mentored the team members to formulate strategies for pitching, negotiating, closing sales deals and managing projects.​ Further, developed deeper engagement with the leadership of clients and other stakeholders to create a more significant impact on business growth and spearheaded the content strategy division. I also negotiate and close big-ticket/annual projects with agencies and clients. 

Group Project Manager, Monetization (Digital AdTech), Yahoo!

I formulated business and project strategies to grow revenue from the assigned categories across Finance, Telecom, Travel, Consumer Durables, and Technology by reviewing market environments at macro and micro levels. Along with managing diverse projects by collaborating with internal teams (content, marketing, data, operations, tech) to deliver various client objectives and internal revenue goals. I also organized and participated in agency-level shows to present solutions/products to a larger audience.

Senior Project Manager, Monetization (Digital AdTech), Yahoo!

I formulated strategies to grow revenue from the assigned categories like FMCG, Telecom, and Technology by spearheading the responsibilities for the complete project, from prospecting the clients to the final execution. Also, planned and developed a clear roadmap to cultivating existing client relationships for cross-selling opportunities through existing and new advertising products and software. Further, established deeper engagement with agencies and clients to create a greater impact on business growth through large-scale projects.

Manager, Monetization (Digital AdTech), Vdopia

I initiated the core sales function by helping develop the sales operations/procedures for project execution. I also educated the potential clients about the pre-rolls & video presence on digital media. Further, formulated long-term & short-term strategies for revenue growth basis the market dynamics while establishing the operational processes (like front-to-back sales project workflows) to meet the industry requirements. I was also responsible for training new employees about the software, operations, and sales strategy.

Business Head (Self-employed)

I managed business development and project management activities to generate new clients and maintain revenues from existing clients. I coordinated with the recruiters to fulfil the clients' requirements and also executed post-placement and payroll servicing activities.
